Who we are

We are Rozkvit, an Ottawa-based firm that builds websites, runs marketing, and automates work for Canadian small and medium businesses. If you have any question about your privacy, our team is your point of contact — reach us at info@rozkvit.ca or through our Contact page.

What we collect

We collect information in two situations:

• When you fill out a form (a Discovery Audit request or the Contact form), you may give us your name and business name, your website (optional), your phone and email, a description of what you're looking for, which areas you're interested in (Web & Product Build, eCommerce, Marketing, or Business Automation), and how you heard about us.
• When you visit the site, our infrastructure receives the standard access information any web server gets — things like your browser type, the page you opened, and the time. We don't use it to identify you personally.

We don't collect anything beyond this.

Why we collect it

We use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where you've asked for one, to prepare your Discovery Audit. That's it. We don't use your information for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't hand it to marketing platforms.

How your information is handled

Here is a plain account of the systems that touch your data:

• Our own automation. When you submit a form, your information is received by our own self-hosted automation, running on infrastructure we control — not a third-party form, CRM, or marketing platform.
• Email (Google Workspace). We use Gmail to send you an automatic acknowledgement and to notify our team of your submission. Google handles those emails the way it handles any ordinary email.
• Cloudflare. Cloudflare sits in front of this site: it secures delivery (HTTPS), protects the forms from spam with a privacy-friendly check (Cloudflare Turnstile, not Google reCAPTCHA), and provides cookieless analytics that count visits without tracking you across other sites.
• Where data is processed. Because we use Google Workspace and Cloudflare, some information — chiefly email and anonymous analytics — may be processed on servers outside Canada. We want to be plain that this can happen.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission only as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the life of our work together and a reasonable period afterward. If you ask us to delete it, we will — unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics are cookieless — we can count visits and see which pages help without putting an identifier on your device or following you around the web. Any strictly-necessary cookies exist only to make the site work, never to track you.

Your privacy rights

Under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to any legal obligation we may have to keep it.
• Withdraw consent at any time — though doing so may limit our ability to respond to your enquiry.

Changes to this policy

If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, note what changed. It's worth checking back from time to time.
