Business Automation
Your team is spending real hours every week on work that a well-built system could handle overnight. We build those systems on infrastructure you own — no per-task fees, no lock-in — so your people can spend their time on work that actually needs a human.
What we build
Bookkeeping & Accounting
The repetitive bookkeeping tasks — matching invoices to purchase orders, categorising transactions, reconciling accounts — follow well-defined rules. We build automations grounded in CPA-grade frameworks that apply those rules consistently, surfacing only the flagged exceptions for your accountant to review.
Customer Support
We connect your inbox, contact form, and helpdesk so common questions get answered automatically and real issues get routed to the right person immediately. Your customers get a faster response; your team stops triaging the same ten questions.
Sales & Lead Gen
New leads from your website, a directory, or an ad campaign get qualified, tagged, and followed up with before your team even sees them in the morning. We build the handoff so no lead sits cold and no follow-up falls through.
Inventory Management
Supplier price changes, stock updates, and reorder triggers get caught and acted on automatically — no one manually comparing a price-list spreadsheet against what your system has on record. We wire the data flows so your numbers stay current.
Marketing Automation
Email sequences, social scheduling, campaign reporting — we connect the tools you already use so campaigns run on schedule and results land in one place, no longer dependent on someone remembering to do them.
Most automation platforms charge you per task or per workflow run — as your business grows, so does the bill, and you’re always one pricing change away from a surprise. The systems we build run on infrastructure you control: you pay to build them once, and they run without a meter ticking. They’re also built for the way data actually arrives — a supplier invoice as a PDF in a format you’ve never seen, a price list whose columns changed since last quarter — using AI where it earns its place, not just clean, predictable inputs.
Two illustrative internal projects show what this looks like in practice (these are internal work, not client engagements):
3-Way Match invoice reconciliation. A business was manually comparing every supplier invoice against its purchase order and delivery receipt — hours each week, and it still missed discrepancies that cost real money. We built an automation that pulls all three documents, matches them using logic grounded in standard accounts-payable practice, and flags any discrepancy for a human. Clean matches process themselves; exceptions surface immediately instead of at month-end.
QuickBooks supplier-pricing update. A product business was updating supplier price lists by hand, comparing an updated catalog line by line against QuickBooks. We built an automation that reads incoming price lists, matches items to existing records, and updates QuickBooks automatically, with a review step for anything unusual. What used to take hours now runs in the background.
Automation is the connective tissue: a well-built automation doesn’t just save time in isolation — it makes everything else compound. Your website feeds your CRM, your store’s orders trigger fulfilment and accounting, your campaigns report back to operations. That’s why we think about automation alongside Web & Product Build, eCommerce, and Marketing — not as a separate add-on.
